Whether you’ve attended church since you were a baby or you’ve never been to church a day in your life, it is our desire to make your first visit with us one that is both easy to navigate and  enjoyable. WHAT DO I WEAR?
First Methodist Church of Myrtle Beach offers a comprehensive Christian education program, music programs for all ages as well as traditional and contemporary services. All this takes place in a relaxed "beach" atmosphere where casual dress is always welcomed. 

TRADITIONAL OR CONTEMPORARY WORSHIP?

TRADITIONAL WORSHIP
Our Traditional service is held in the main Sanctuary on the Main Campus, 901 N Kings Hwy. If you prefer the traditional hymns, choir, and structure, then the traditional service is for you.

CONTEMPORARY WORSHIP
We offer a Contemporary service held in the Wesley Worship Center located in the Wesley building at the Main Campus, 901 N Kings Hwy. This service features a relaxed atmosphere with contemporary worship music provided by our praise band.

Sunday school classes are available for all ages at 9AM.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
You may find parking in front, behind and to the sides of the church building on the main campus. You may also park in designated street parking areas; parking is free in the lot adjacent to Myrtle Beach City Hall.

WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN?
At "First Church", children are always welcome to stay and experience the worship service with their family.  We also offer a nursery during all worship services for ages newborn through 2 years old. At a specific time in worship, the children will be dismissed for "Children's Church" for children ages 3 years old through 2nd grade.
