At First Methodist Church of Myrtle Beach, we accomplish this through several opportunities to grow.  Like our weekend services, serving teams, and missions and outreach. By participating in these, we believe there is no better way to experience heart change, life change, and world change.  ​

​The truth is, First Church cannot do anything without the church. The church is all of us. It’s you!

Ephesians 4:16 explains it best: "The whole body grows from him, as it is joined and held together by all the supporting ligaments.  The body makes itself grow in that it builds itself up with love as each one does its part."

Worship Teams
This ministry is composed of a group of talented, anointed and called servants whose desire is to glorify God with their talents and to expand His kingdom.

Care Teams
The Care Teams exist to provide love and care to those within our family as well as those outside the church.

Hospitality Teams
The Welcome teams exist to provide the warmest atmosphere possible for guests and members alike. Our goal is to make every person who comes through our doors feel like family!

Youth Ministry Teams
At First Church, we offer many programs and opportunities for students to learn about the love of Jesus and how to apply Christian principles in their lives. We can't do it alone and need volunteers that love teaching, students, and having fun!

Mission/Outreach Teams
First Methodist Church of Myrtle Beach values reaching out to help our neighbors while sharing the message of Jesus Christ. We seek to share its resources with the entire community – near and far.
